The Feibel Center Pharmacy is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed weekends and all federally observed holidays.

You can stop by the Feibel Pharmacy, located on the second floor of the James B. Feibel Center at 5000 E. Main St. in Whitehall.

How can I refill my prescriptions?

Feibel Center Pharmacy uses RxLocal to help you easily and securely refill your prescriptions and contact our pharmacists!

I'm already a patient. How do I use the Feibel Pharmacy?

Answer

When your Heart of Ohio Family Health Provider writes you a prescription, take that to the Feibel Pharmacy on the second floor. If you need your existing prescription refilled, simply download the Rx app and request a refill, call our pharmacy at 614.269.8247, or stop by the Feibel Pharmacy for assistance.

Can I transfer my prescription from another pharmacy?

Answer

Yes! When your prescription needs to be refilled, bring the empty packaging to Feibel Pharmacy and our pharmacists will work with you to transfer the order.

Which insurances do you accept?

Answer

We accept most insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare.

Can you help me if I don't have insurance?

Existing Heart of Ohio Family Health patients should talk to your physician and pharmacist to learn more about the 340B program or discount offers from pharmaceutical companies.

If you are not a Heart of Ohio Family Health patient, you can make an appointment by calling 614.235.5555 to see one of our providers who can assist you with your prescription needs.

Yes! Our pharmacists work with you and your healthcare provider to develop a personal plan to meet your health goals.

They also can provide a comprehensive medication review and education.

340B drug pricing can mean significant savings of up to 95% for Heart of Ohio Family Health patients.

Can anyone use the James B. Feibel Center Pharmacy?

Yes! The Pharmacy at Heart of Ohio Family Health at James B. Feibel Center is open to the public.

Filling your prescriptions at the Feibel Center Pharmacy is a great way to support our mission.

All pharmacy proceeds are reinvested in HOFH programming to help provide quality healthcare to all persons in a safe space.

Pharmacy Services

Heart of Ohio Family Health is proud to offer both clinical and retail pharmacy services for our patients and the community.

Clinical pharmacy services are available at our Capital Park and Canal Winchester Centers and are available to all Heart of Ohio Family Health patients.

The James B. Feibel Center will have a retail pharmacy, on the second floor of the Center. Open to patients, this pharmacy also is open to the public and can fill all of your prescription needs.
