We have been transforming health and community since 2003. Our vision for quality healthcare, comprehensive patient care and a healthier future continues to grow.
In 2017, the City of Whitehall donated three acres of land to Heart of Ohio Family Health with the charge to help transform Whitehall. Since then, we have been planning, designing, and raising funds for a new healthcare facility that will be a one-stop healthcare shop for the whole community.
The new 25,000 square-foot health center will replace our existing site located on S. Hamilton Road, and will have three times as many exam rooms as well as provide increased services including dental and an in-house pharmacy.
The new health center will be located at 5000 E. Main St. in Whitehall and will have two floors. The first floor will be dedicated to patient services while the second floor will house administrative offices and CenteringPregnancy® Care.
45 patient care exam rooms for family practice, pediatrics, women’s health, mental health and substance use disorder counseling, laboratory, in-house pharmacy, dentistry and a community room.
James B. Feibel (1933-2018), was an extraordinary leader, long-time volunteer, founding Board member and former Board Chair for Heart of Ohio Family Health.
