Heart of Ohio Family Health maintains Community Garden located at our Capital Park location. The garden provides opportunities for patients and local residents to learn about food production, nutrition and healthy eating.

This begins our eighth season of gardening and each year the garden has grown a little larger to help fulfill the demand for plots. The garden plots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The growing season is between March 1 to November 1.
